UiPath is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and develop relationships with enterprise clients. You'll work on maximizing revenue potential and promoting the UiPath automation platform. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise software.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in software solutions. You are skilled at developing sales strategies and achieving targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and how to meet them. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of driving growth in a competitive market.

You are a strong communicator, capable of presenting complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Your approach to sales is consultative, focusing on educating customers about the benefits of automation and how it can transform their operations. You are self-motivated and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assess market potential and develop a sales strategy to maximize revenue for UiPath. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly schedule, ensuring that you are consistently meeting or exceeding expectations. You will evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting and promoting the enterprise automation platform, using a value-selling approach to demonstrate its benefits to potential customers.

You will educate customers on how UiPath solutions can enhance their operations, focusing on both financial and professional benefits. Building and maintaining positive business relationships will be key to your success, as you work to establish trust and credibility with clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are delivering the best possible solutions.
