You have a proven track record as a Senior Sales Account Executive, particularly in the gaming and mobile advertising sectors. With your extensive experience, you understand the nuances of defining and delivering effective sales strategies that resonate with major industry clients. Your ability to work autonomously while also collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders sets you apart. You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing you to communicate effectively in a diverse environment.
Your expertise includes strategic selling structures, pipeline management, and account planning. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can prioritize multiple objectives without losing sight of your goals. You are adept at identifying market trends and understanding client business goals, which enables you to propose ideal solutions and new products that align with their needs.

You might also have experience working cross-functionally to develop new partnership opportunities that align with both advertiser and publisher objectives. Your background in the gaming industry or mobile ads is a significant asset, as it allows you to navigate the complexities of this market effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing revenue-generating partnerships. You will generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients, driving revenue growth with both new and existing customers. Your role will involve working collaboratively with an international team to articulate and develop new partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
You will identify market trends and understand client business goals to help determine ideal solutions and new products. Your ability to work with cross teams will be crucial in pushing forward internal communication and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives. You will report to the Lead of Account Executive within the Unity Grow CN Sales team, contributing to the overall success of the sales strategy.
