Overview

Upgrade is seeking a Director of Home Improvement Revenue Operations to oversee the revenue process for the Home Improvement vertical. You'll ensure data integrity and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in revenue operations, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry, and a proven track record of overseeing end-to-end revenue processes. Your ability to ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting is second nature, and you thrive in environments where you can lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to draft reports and presentations that convey consistent messaging across the organization. Your strategic mindset allows you to translate executive vision into actionable plans, driving initiatives that align with company objectives.

You are adept at project leadership, coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Your collaborative approach fosters a culture of teamwork and inclusivity, making you a respected leader among your peers. You understand the importance of a friction-free sales process and are committed to improving operational efficiencies that enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will run the Revenue Operations organization for the Home Improvement vertical, overseeing all aspects of the revenue process. You will ensure that data integrity is maintained and that accurate forecasting is achieved, which is critical for driving business decisions. Your responsibilities will include drafting reports and presentations that communicate key insights and ensure consistent messaging across the organization. You will also serve as a strategic support to executives, translating their vision into actionable plans and driving key initiatives forward.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinating efforts between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute to the company's success. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the revenue process and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
