Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the IT consulting and staffing sector. Your ability to build strategic relationships with senior technology leaders allows you to understand their project portfolios and consulting needs effectively. You thrive in environments where you can identify opportunities for delivering project teams and consulting squads, ensuring that client needs are met with the right expertise.
Your experience includes leading intake meetings and discovery sessions with clients, capturing requirements, and translating them into actionable statements of work (SOWs). You are adept at collaborating with recruiters and delivery leads to assemble complete consulting squads, including project managers, developers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, and architects. Your focus is on ensuring client success through effective squad assembly and delivery alignment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their technology initiatives, and identifying opportunities for consulting engagements. You will lead project discovery sessions, capturing client requirements and defining project scopes that align with their strategic goals. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams to assemble the right consulting squads that can deliver on these projects, ensuring that all client expectations are met.
You will also focus on account growth and cross-selling opportunities, expanding the footprint of existing clients by introducing additional services and solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.
