What you'll do

As a Senior Associate in Business Development at Vaco, you will be responsible for generating new sales and increasing revenue. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, conducting prospecting activities through various methods such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Your goal will be to generate new job orders weekly, aligning with performance objectives.

You will collaborate closely with recruiters to manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
