Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the staffing and recruitment industry. Your ability to establish and maintain client relationships is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can leverage your creativity and strategic thinking. You are results-driven and have experience generating sales and increasing profitability. You understand the importance of prospecting and are comfortable using various methods to connect with potential clients, including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. Your experience in managing job orders from intake to fulfillment demonstrates your organizational skills and attention to detail. You are adept at working with recruiters to ensure that open job orders are filled efficiently and effectively. You are motivated by targets and enjoy the challenge of meeting performance objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue for Vaco. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, conducting prospecting activities to build relationships and generate new job orders weekly. You will collaborate closely with recruiters to manage job orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring that client needs are met promptly. Your role will involve working with business leaders and stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. You will be expected to contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company by identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
