You have a proven track record in business development, demonstrating your ability to generate sales and build strong client relationships. Your experience includes conducting prospecting activities through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media, showcasing your proactive approach to client engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to fulfill job orders effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to potential clients. Your ability to manage multiple job orders from intake to fulfillment demonstrates your organizational skills and attention to detail. You are driven by performance objectives and are motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new job orders weekly, aligning your efforts with the company's performance objectives. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, developing relationships that lead to increased revenue and profitability. Your prospecting activities will include a mix of phone calls, in-person meetings, and digital outreach, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client engagement.

You will collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely. This involves understanding client needs and aligning them with the services offered by Vaco. You will also work closely with recruiters to ensure that job orders are fulfilled efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the business development team.
