In this role, you will be responsible for generating new job orders weekly, ensuring that you meet performance objectives. You will conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls and skills marketing, to establish a robust pipeline of potential clients. Your responsibilities will also include managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver projects effectively and on time. You will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent to fulfill client job orders, ensuring that you match the right candidates with the right opportunities.
