Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in consulting and professional services, with experience managing accounts that exceed €2M. Your ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can influence decisions at the executive level. You are fluent in English and German, and knowledge of French is a plus. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth and transformation.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to align internal teams with client expectations effectively. Your experience in value-based selling and understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem will help you create tailored solutions that drive measurable impact for clients. You are not just focused on transactional sales; instead, you aim to foster long-term partnerships that benefit all stakeholders involved.
