You have 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing and quota-carrying role, demonstrating your ability to manage the sales process from start to finish. You are customer-focused and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients to drive sales success. Your background may include experience in security or compliance, but it is not a requirement. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to contribute to a growing sales team.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate the benefits of Vanta's offerings effectively to potential customers. You are proactive in identifying high-potential business verticals and developing strategies to engage them. Your analytical mindset helps you collect insights from prospects, which you can leverage for product development and sales strategy improvements.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Vanta, you will take ownership of your entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. You will develop and execute outbound strategies to engage high-potential business verticals, turning inbound demand into closed-new business and satisfied customers. Your role will involve managing the sales pipeline, improving and maturing the sales process and playbook to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will define and communicate the specific benefits of Vanta's solutions tailored to each customer, creating compelling sales materials and conducting engaging demos. By collecting insights from prospects, you will contribute valuable feedback to the product development process, ensuring that Vanta continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
