Who you are

You have 4+ years of channel partner experience working within the software or SaaS industry — you've successfully managed relationships with resellers and value-added resellers (VARs) to drive business growth. Your fluency in German is essential for engaging with partners in the DACH region, allowing you to build strong connections and facilitate effective communication. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners receive the support they need to succeed. You are results-driven, with a proven track record of generating new pipeline and annual recurring revenue (ARR) through strategic partnerships.

Desirable

Experience in security or compliance sectors is a plus, as it aligns with Vanta's mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust. Familiarity with security monitoring standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 will enhance your ability to guide partners effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning, understanding that the landscape of channel partnerships is ever-evolving.

What you'll do

As a Channel Manager for the DACH region at Vanta, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our channel partnerships. You will drive net new pipeline and ARR by leveraging your existing relationships with resellers and VARs. Your role will involve enabling partners through quality guidance and support as they go-to-market with Vanta's solutions. You will implement a one-to-many approach to develop business within the region while also fostering one-to-one relationships with key partners. You will work closely with Account Executives to manage your pipeline effectively and close deals, ensuring that Vanta's offerings are deployed more broadly across the DACH region.
