Who you are

You have a strong background in technology, life sciences, or consulting services, ideally with experience in account management or enterprise sales. You understand the pharmaceutical industry and are passionate about helping companies bring their products to market faster. Your ability to build and nurture relationships with VP and C-level executives is key to your success in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and innovation within existing accounts, ensuring long-term success and mutual satisfaction.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with diverse teams. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients, ensuring they understand the value of Veeva's offerings. You are results-driven and motivated by the impact your work has on customers and the life sciences industry.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for key pharmaceutical accounts in the DACH region. Your role involves driving the renewal of existing business while continuously bringing innovative solutions to help customers meet their business objectives. You will work closely with an international team of product and service owners, aligning efforts toward customer success. Your responsibilities include nurturing existing relationships and building new ones, ensuring that Veeva's Commercial Cloud solutions are effectively positioned to meet the needs of your clients.

You will engage with customers to understand their challenges and objectives, providing tailored solutions that drive value and enhance their operations. By collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service offerings. Your ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks will be essential in achieving your goals and contributing to Veeva's mission of transforming the life sciences industry.
