Verkada is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist enterprise customers with their cloud-managed building security products. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and provide installation and configuration expertise. This role is based in London and requires bilingual proficiency in English and French.

You are a bilingual Technical Support Engineer with a passion for technology and customer service. You have a strong understanding of cloud-based systems and are eager to assist enterprise customers in resolving technical issues. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French allows you to bridge the gap between technical teams and customers, ensuring a seamless support experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working independently to solve complex problems. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for troubleshooting various technical challenges, from network issues to hardware malfunctions.
Desirable
Experience in a technical support role or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with Verkada's cloud-managed security products or similar technologies would be beneficial. You are adaptable and willing to learn new technologies as needed. A background in IT or engineering can enhance your ability to provide effective support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for full-stack troubleshooting of the Verkada platform, addressing issues related to network, hardware, software, and electrical components. You will provide best practice design, installation, and configuration expertise to enterprise customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize our security solutions. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including Engineering and Product Management, to relay feedback and improve our offerings. Your role will involve documenting technical issues and solutions, contributing to the knowledge base, and assisting in the development of support materials. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products.
