What you'll do
As a Technical Support Engineer at Zeeco, you will be primarily focused on growing the Service and Turnaround business within the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for on-site turnaround projects, ensuring that all client needs are addressed promptly and effectively. You will collaborate with the Global Field Services Turnarounds team to deliver innovative engineered solutions tailored to our client base.
You will engage with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, offering guidance, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. You will also support the wider team at the Zeeco facility in Stamford, Rutland, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.
In this hybrid role, you will balance on-site project support with remote collaboration, allowing you to leverage your skills in various settings. You will be expected to adapt to changing business requirements and provide insights that drive the success of our Service and Turnaround initiatives.
