Vestwell is seeking a VP of National Accounts & Advisory Enterprise Sales to drive revenue through partnerships with advisory firms and payroll channels. This role requires strong leadership and sales expertise in the fintech sector.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the financial technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of how to build and maintain relationships with advisory firms and payroll channels. Your experience includes successfully closing large-scale partnerships and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach. You are a motivated team player with a positive attitude and a keen attention to detail, which allows you to navigate the complexities of a rapidly growing company.
You thrive in environments that require a high degree of professionalism and drive, and you are comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including financial advisers and employers, sets you apart as a leader in your field. You are adaptable and ready to tackle the challenges that come with a dynamic fintech landscape.
Desirable
Experience in the payroll channel or retirement plan sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the regulatory landscape governing financial products. You may also have a background in managing teams or mentoring junior sales staff, which would enhance your ability to contribute to Vestwell's growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to reach revenue targets through outreach to advisory firms in your territory. You will lead efforts to close plans and partnerships, ensuring that Vestwell's offerings are effectively communicated and positioned to meet the needs of potential clients. Building out partnerships in the payroll channel will be a key focus, as you drive retirement plan sales and expand Vestwell's market presence.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with product offerings, ensuring that the solutions provided to clients are tailored to their specific needs. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will also be expected to report on sales performance and provide insights that will inform future strategies.
