You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. Your ability to build relationships is paramount, as you will be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. You understand the importance of projecting company values of trust, service, and honesty in every interaction. You are driven and eager to grow within a dynamic organization, always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
You are skilled at identifying strategic long-term clients and securing substantial and repeatable orders. Your experience allows you to develop business with both existing and new inbound customers effectively. You are proactive in creating and managing plans to reach specific sales objectives, focusing on profitable growth and enhancing market share. You have a knack for assisting customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will build relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities will include developing business with existing and new inbound customers, creating and actively managing plans to reach specific sales objectives, and focusing on profitable growth. You will assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects, acting as the contact person for all new projects related to prototyping and low volume production.
You will provide guidance to our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs, ensuring that new customer requirements are collected and made available for internal departments. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a seamless experience for customers from initial contact to deal closure, and you will be expected to project the company's values of trust, service, and honesty in every interaction.
