Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. You understand the importance of building relationships and projecting company values of trust, service, and honesty. You are driven and eager to grow within a dynamic organization, with a passion for helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively guide customers through the sales process and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. You are proactive in identifying strategic long-term clients and securing substantial and repeatable orders. Your ability to develop business with existing and new inbound customers sets you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive II at Xometry, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. You will actively manage plans to reach specific sales objectives, focusing on profitable growth and market share improvement. Additionally, you will assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects, providing guidance to our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs.

You will be the contact person for all new projects related to prototyping and low volume production, ensuring that new customer requirements are collected and made available for internal departments. Your role will involve building relationships with clients and projecting the company's values, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Xometry.
