You have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of converting leads into loyal customers. You are proactive in developing business with both existing and new inbound customers, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can guide customers through the sales process seamlessly.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive II at Xometry, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will build relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service throughout the sales process. Your role will involve creating and actively managing plans to reach specific sales objectives, focusing on profitable growth and market share improvement. You will assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects and act as the primary contact for all new projects related to prototyping and low volume production. Additionally, you will provide guidance to the sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs, ensuring that new customer requirements are effectively communicated to internal departments.
