Who you are

You have proven sales experience with a strong track record of converting leads into satisfied clients β€” your ability to manage and qualify inbound leads is key to your success. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their objectives and creating tailored action plans. Your educational background from a business school, sales training, or equivalent equips you with a strong business sense and negotiation capabilities. You are motivated to exceed targets and continuously improve sales processes.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Zefir, you will be central to our growth strategy, responsible for converting inbound leads into satisfied clients. You will manage and qualify leads, guiding prospects from initial contact through to contract signing. Your role involves tracking and managing weekly performance KPIs across emails, calls, and video interactions. You will analyze client interactions to identify opportunities for conversion improvement and collaborate on optimizing internal sales processes and messaging. Additionally, you will relay valuable client feedback to support product enhancement, ensuring that our offerings meet client needs effectively.
