What you'll do

As a Senior Product Support Specialist at Zenoti, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our comprehensive software solution. You will assist users with online appointment bookings, POS systems, CRM functionalities, and more, ensuring they can leverage our platform to its fullest potential. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing training, and offering guidance on best practices to enhance user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
