You have a proven track record in alliance management, with extensive experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships. Your leadership skills are complemented by a strong understanding of the subscription economy and how to leverage partnerships for mutual growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with C-level executives to drive joint initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You are results-oriented and have a history of exceeding growth targets through strategic alliances.
Desirable
Experience working with ISV partners, particularly in the financial technology space, is a plus. Familiarity with subscription-based business models and their operational challenges will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it provides insight into the sales processes and customer needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Zuora's strategic partnership with Workday, focusing on maximizing joint opportunities and driving co-sell revenue. You will work closely with both companies' teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing partnership strategies, managing the partner relationship, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value to mutual customers. You will also be responsible for tracking partnership performance metrics and reporting on progress to senior leadership. Your role will require you to be present in the office 3-4 days a week, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
