What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Acquia, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects, engaging them in conversations about Acquia's products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to create new revenue opportunities by educating inbound leads about open source and digital transformation. You will conduct high-volume prospecting, making 50-60 calls, emails, or Tweets per day to qualify leads and understand their needs.
You will work closely with account executives to ensure a smooth transition from lead qualification to sales. Your role will involve mapping prospects' needs to Acquia's offerings, helping them determine the most appropriate solutions for their challenges. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies that resonate with potential clients.
