Benchling is seeking a RevOps Systems Manager to own and enhance their GTM tech stack. You'll manage tools like Salesforce and drive process design and data quality. This role requires experience in revenue operations and familiarity with various sales technologies.

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, with at least 5 years of experience managing GTM tech stacks and tools. You are proficient in Salesforce and have a solid understanding of sales engagement platforms like Gong and SalesLoft. Your expertise in data quality and integrations allows you to ensure that systems work seamlessly together, enhancing overall efficiency. You are skilled in change management, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring that new tools are adopted effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various departments such as BizTech, Marketing Ops, and Finance to deliver a compliant and scalable GTM engine. You are strategic in your approach, able to define a clear vision for the tech stack over the next 12-24 months, aligning it with pipeline and conversion goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set the strategy for Benchling’s GTM tech stack, defining the architecture and roadmap that aligns with the company's growth objectives. You will serve as the business owner for Salesforce and other revenue applications, ensuring they are effectively utilized and integrated. Your responsibilities will include leading new tool evaluations, vendor selection, and managing the implementation process, including timelines and budgets. You will drive the adoption of these tools across teams, ensuring that everyone is equipped to leverage the technology effectively. You will also oversee the governance of the tech stack, ensuring compliance and data integrity throughout the organization. Your role will require you to act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance the overall effectiveness of the GTM engine.
