You are a bold, intellectually curious, and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of CircleCI's product. You are passionate about presenting its value to customers and have experience in driving sales processes for new logos. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at managing relationships with decision-makers in engineering departments across various verticals. Your ability to leverage data and insights to overcome objections and craft compelling value-based solutions sets you apart. You have a proven track record of generating net new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Desirable
Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC is a plus. Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, 6sense, and ZoomInfo will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Executive at CircleCI, you will establish and develop strategies for identifying, crafting, and closing sales opportunities within a strategic segment of customers. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to qualification, negotiation, and closing, while collaborating closely with internal partners, including solution engineers and customer success teams. Your role will involve building, prioritizing, and forecasting your pipeline using various platforms. You will also manage evaluations and POCs, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
