Who you are
You have a proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in account management or business development. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to exceed sales targets. Your strong communication skills enable you to build lasting relationships with clients and partners alike.
You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and have experience managing a sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and Gong. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are adept at leveraging analytics to inform your sales strategies. You are ambitious and hard-working, always looking for ways to improve your approach and achieve better results.
Desirable
Experience in the data integration or analytics space is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Outreach and Clari. You are a quick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and processes, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment where innovation is encouraged.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for daily outbound prospecting to target account lists, creating demand, and generating a consistent sales pipeline. You will work closely with your partner network to generate referrals and co-sell on opportunities, expanding Fivetran's use across the partner portfolio. You will execute every sales cycle with precision, conducting detailed discovery, leading product demonstrations, and coordinating executive alignment to drive positive business outcomes for your customers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that Fivetran's solutions are effectively communicated. Your ability to drive long-term customer value will be key to your success in this position. You will also participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
