Who you are

You have a strong background in technical support, particularly in integrations, and are adept at troubleshooting complex issues. Your experience allows you to engage effectively with IT and Financial System Admins, ensuring that customers can successfully navigate technical obstacles. You possess deep product knowledge, especially regarding APIs, which enables you to guide customers toward maximum success with FloQast's offerings.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, frequently working alongside Professional Services, Customer Success, and R&D teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable performing hands-on technical engagements and enjoy helping customers achieve their goals.

What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer (Integrations) at FloQast, you will be responsible for unblocking customers facing technical challenges. You will engage directly with clients to understand their issues and provide effective solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting integration problems and ensuring that customers can successfully implement FloQast's Accounting Transformation Platform.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Customer Success and R&D, to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. Your expertise in APIs will be crucial as you guide customers through both prebuilt and custom integrations. You will also document common issues and solutions to enhance the support process and contribute to the knowledge base.
