Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the healthcare or benefits sector, with at least 7-10 years of experience. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers is exceptional — you understand the nuances of navigating complex sales cycles and can effectively communicate value propositions to large employers. You are results-driven and have consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets in previous roles. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. You are passionate about improving healthcare access and are motivated by the impact your work can have on individuals and organizations alike.

Desirable

Experience in the ICHRA market or similar health benefit solutions is a plus. Familiarity with consulting firms and brokers in the healthcare space will enhance your ability to drive Gravie’s growth. You possess strong negotiation skills and can effectively lead discussions with C-suite executives. A background in healthcare technology or benefits administration will give you an edge in understanding client needs and challenges.

What you'll do

As the Vice President of Strategic Accounts, you will lead Gravie’s efforts to secure new large employers as clients, focusing on those with 5,000 or more eligible employees. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to delivering compelling presentations and negotiating contracts. Your role will involve building relationships with senior decision makers, including CHROs, CFOs, and Benefits Leaders, guiding them through the evaluation process of Gravie’s ICHRA solution. You will collaborate closely with national consulting firms and regional brokers to expand Gravie’s presence in the market. Educating consultants on Gravie’s offerings and their financial impact will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also work with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, aligning their needs with Gravie’s innovative solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving or exceeding annual sales goals and driving the overall growth strategy for the enterprise segment.
