Who you are
You are a highly experienced sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. With at least 5 years of experience in sales, you have a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Your commitment to continuous learning keeps you updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
You have a strong ability to manage the end-to-end sales process, from building a pipeline to closing new business and expanding revenue. You are adept at identifying customer needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs effectively. Your experience in the financial services sector is a significant asset, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this industry.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Highspot, you will play a pivotal role in winning new customers and acquiring incremental revenue across various business units and geographies. You will partner closely with the companyβs leadership and global go-to-market teams to implement best practices in the upper markets. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring that all team members have clear objectives and are aligned in their efforts.
You will deliver technical and solution expertise, effectively communicating product use cases and differentiators to clients. Your role will also involve staying at the forefront of product capabilities and continuously learning to enhance your sales strategies. You will be expected to act as a conductor for the Account team, ensuring that everyone is working towards common goals and objectives.
