Overview

Inspiren is seeking a Senior Enterprise Growth Director to drive new business growth in the healthcare services industry. You'll manage complex sales cycles and engage with C-level buyers across various locations in the US. This role requires a proven track record in strategic selling and client relationship development.

Who you are

You are a high-energy, driven Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in pursuit management and strategic selling. You possess a firm grasp of the healthcare services industry and have the ability to align prospect needs with our platform of patient engagement solutions. Your experience includes identifying new accounts and opportunities, leading sales strategy, and differentiating value to close new business effectively.

You thrive in managing complex sales cycles that are value-based in nature, engaging with C-level buyers and collaborating with internal stakeholders at Inspiren from opportunity to close. Your ability to learn, use, and build upon established sales processes is key to growing revenue and achieving scalability. You are comfortable with up to 50% travel, demonstrating your commitment to building strong client relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on full-cycle sales with an emphasis on new business growth and repeatable revenue. You will manage complex sales cycles, engaging with C-level buyers and internal stakeholders to drive the sales process from opportunity identification to closing. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies that align with client needs and leveraging our integrated solutions to capture everything happening within a community.

You will work closely with nurse specialists and utilize powerful analytics to provide data that operators need for informed clinical and operational decisions. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, profitability, and better care outcomes for our clients. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall success of Inspiren's mission to enhance senior living through technology and compassionate care.
