What you'll do
As the Partner Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving Klaviyo's vision forward by establishing and deepening relationships with new national and global partners. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, activating, and enabling strategic hunt partners, including marketing agencies and systems integrators. You will leverage various outreach methods, including direct engagement, event participation, and marketing leads, to build these relationships. Your ultimate goal will be to enhance Klaviyo's partner ecosystem and contribute to the company's growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives. This includes working with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that partnerships are effectively integrated into Klaviyo's offerings. You will also monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in driving Klaviyo's success in the enterprise market.
