You understand the importance of aligning with the ideal customer profile (ICP) and are skilled at using tools like Sales Navigator and Apollo to refine your target lists. You are passionate about the creator economy and are excited to contribute to a fast-growing agency that empowers creators and brands alike.
You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable running multi-channel outreach efforts — whether it's through calls, personalized emails, or engaging videos, you know how to spark genuine conversations that lead to long-term success. You are detail-oriented and enjoy researching potential clients to ensure your outreach is relevant and impactful. You are motivated by results and are eager to learn and grow in your sales career.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise SDR at Kyra, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy — your primary responsibility will be to drive pipeline with enterprise brands that fit our ICP. You will create and refine target lists of budget-holding contacts in the marketing departments of B2C companies, ensuring that your outreach is both strategic and effective. You will run multi-channel outreach efforts daily, utilizing calls, LinkedIn, personalized emails, and Loom videos to initiate conversations that matter.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to set them up for success — your efforts in building a robust pipeline will directly contribute to the team's ability to close deals and drive business impact for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals and receive mentorship as you accelerate your career in enterprise sales.
