You have a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and are comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Your ability to generate pipeline across both named accounts and new logos sets you apart, and you thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments. Curiosity drives you — you're naturally inquisitive about customer problems and eager to take end-to-end ownership of your work. While you may not have prior experience in business identity, your strong desire to learn and adapt is essential for success in this role.
Desirable
Experience with Business Identity, KYC, KYB, or compliance data products would be a bonus, as it would enhance your understanding of the space and allow you to engage more effectively with clients. You are a strong prospector, capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with Middesk's mission.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Middesk, you will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through to closing deals. Your role will involve selling category-defining, API-first infrastructure that powers how businesses verify and trust each other. You will work closely with Solutions Engineering to dive deep into customer workflows, ensuring that you understand their needs and can tailor your approach accordingly. Your efforts will directly shape the future of the business identity category, and you will be instrumental in helping clients onboard and verify businesses at scale.
You will engage with a diverse range of clients, primarily in fintech, banks, lenders, and marketplaces, but also extending to any B2B platform that requires robust identity verification solutions. Your ability to run executive-level deal cycles will be crucial, as you will need to build relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate the value of Middesk's offerings. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall sales strategy, providing insights and feedback based on your interactions with clients and the market.
