Overview

Rhombus is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to manage the sales cycle from qualification to close. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to promote Rhombus' physical security solutions. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.

Who you are

You are a self-motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for sales. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident in your ability to engage in prospecting and maintain your sales funnel. Your experience in managing the sales cycle from qualification to close makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You understand the importance of working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, and Product, to effectively communicate the value of Rhombus' innovative security solutions.

You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable acting as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is essential, as you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are results-driven and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the majority of the sales cycle, from qualification to close. You will actively engage in prospecting to identify new business opportunities and maintain your individual sales funnel. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you will develop strategies to drive user acquisition and activation. You will also work with the Engineering and Product teams to ensure that you are well-versed in the technical aspects of Rhombus' offerings, allowing you to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will be expected to track and report on your sales activities and results, providing insights to help refine sales strategies. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization by sharing best practices and insights.
