You have a proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to forge long-term relationships and drive measurable results. Your established KOL network is a testament to your experience in leveraging connections to expand business opportunities. You thrive in high-autonomy environments and are comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Your strategic thinking allows you to identify fresh opportunities within the Web3, DeFi, and trading communities. You are results-driven, with the ability to design and execute impactful campaigns that engage communities and increase platform activity. Cultural fluency across global communities such as crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and WeChat enhances your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute business development strategies to identify, approach, and secure profitable collaborations. You will leverage our existing KOL network to expand our global reach and strengthen high-value partnerships. Your responsibilities will include negotiating, closing, and managing contracts that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will activate and optimize current KOL relationships to drive trading volume growth, designing and managing KOL campaigns that engage communities. Additionally, you will conduct market research and alpha scouting to track trends across relevant communities, translating insights into strategies for impactful partnerships. Building on established trust with KOLs, you will nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and support ongoing collaborations to maximize outcomes.
