Uber is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners on Uber Eats. You'll drive growth and retention while consulting and upselling additional products. This role requires 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or operations, showcasing your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to interpret large data sets and make data-driven recommendations that enhance partner performance. You are adept at consulting and strategizing to drive long-term value for your accounts, ensuring that partners are set up for success on the Uber Eats platform.

You excel in communication, maintaining consistent contact with partners through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings. Your ability to identify risks and opportunities within your book of business is key to your success, as you proactively engage with merchants to drive growth and retention. You are passionate about championing restaurant feedback to shape internal strategies and drive insights that benefit both partners and Uber Eats.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small-to-medium-sized business restaurant partners on Uber Eats, focusing on driving growth and retention. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities within your accounts, engaging merchants through outbound calls and performance reviews. Your role will involve consulting and upselling additional Uber Eats products and services to optimize merchant performance, ensuring that they leverage the platform's full potential.

Building meaningful, long-term relationships with your partners will be crucial, as you position Uber Eats as their go-to delivery platform. You will maintain consistent communication with your partners, ensuring they understand how to maximize their success on the platform. Additionally, you will act as an ambassador for Uber Eats, championing restaurant feedback to help shape internal strategies and drive insights that enhance the overall partner experience.
