You are a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, eager to kickstart your career in tech sales. You possess strong communication skills that allow you to engage effectively with C-level executives, and you thrive under pressure while staying detail-oriented and organized. You have a go-getter attitude and a genuine passion for sales, ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in outreach initiatives such as cold calling or internships is a plus, it is not required. You are excited about the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Navan.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Navan, you will master the art of outbound prospecting through cold-calling and messaging, becoming a crucial player in our sales team. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop winning strategies for landing significant accounts, ensuring that you understand and can effectively communicate the value of Navan's innovative Travel & Expense products. You will leverage various sales technologies, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to build and manage your own book of business. Your role will involve setting and crushing quotas, celebrating your wins, and continuously learning from world-class training provided by Navan's sales leaders. You will also engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced Sales Leaders in the SaaS industry, allowing you to grow and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
