Job Description
Who you are
You have over a year of overall work experience, with at least six months in market development or business development. You are a self-starter who thrives on experimentation and is always looking for ways to improve your work. When opportunities arise, you seize them without hesitation. You are fearless, willing to take intelligent risks, and can handle a time-sensitive, high-volume environment with a positive attitude. Your strong organizational skills allow you to prioritize effectively, and you possess excellent communication skills, making you a clear, concise, and compelling storyteller across various mediums. You are fluent in German, which is essential for this role, and a bachelorβs degree is preferred.
What you'll do
In this role, you will qualify marketing-generated inbound leads that directly impact the wider sales organization. You will work closely with Account Executives to develop strategies for nurturing prospects and accounts. Collaboration is key, as you will engage with marketing, demand generation, and other cross-functional teams to enhance the overall inbound strategy. You will leverage tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator to build and manage your book of business. Being mindful of your metrics, you will use data to drive decision-making and continuously improve your approach. Creativity is encouraged, and you will have the opportunity to create and test content that aligns with your strategies. Meeting and exceeding your weekly and monthly goals will be a significant part of your success in this position.
