Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 7 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI sectors. Your background includes business development, sales, or account management, where you've successfully driven customer adoption of solutions and delivered business growth in the AI or related technology fields. You are adept at partnering with technical staff to build business cases and implementation plans, showcasing your ability to connect AI/ML with business value and engage executive stakeholders as an advisor and thought leader.

Your experience includes promoting the AI technology stack and managing partnerships in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors. You have a solid understanding of how to embed technology into product sets and are knowledgeable about Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings. You thrive in environments where you can drive business growth across a broad set of industry-specific AI/ML use cases.

What you'll do

As an AI Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in growing Google's AI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers, particularly in the startup sector. You will work closely with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrating product functionality and providing a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. Your sales cycles will encompass a combination of productivity use cases, and you will collaborate with product teams to help customers build new products leveraging Google's AI solutions.

You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members, executing account plans that include a broader enterprise strategy across key verticals. Collaboration with Google Account and Technical teams will be essential as you develop and drive pipelines, providing your expertise while executing Go-To-Market (GTM) business plays and related efforts with Google Cloud teams and GCP partners. You will also ensure compliance with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
